Submissions are invited for a forthcoming special issue of the Australasian Journal of Educational Technology (AJET), entitled 'Virtual worlds in tertiary education: An Australasian perspective', guest edited by Mark J.W. Lee (Charles Sturt University and University of New England), Dr Barney Dalgarno (Charles Sturt University) and Dr Helen Farley (University of Southern Queensland).

The 3rd Annual Best Practices in Virtual Worlds Education Conference is coming up this weekend - 12-13 March 2010! This is a free event which draws together virtual worlds educators from around the world. Check out the Press release below for information on the event!

We'll be holding a couple of meetups later in the week to help educators who are new to Second Life to get ready for the conference. Stay tuned! ;)
