App-titude is a series (iBasics, iManage and iEducate) of FREE hands-on workshops for vocational education and training practitioners, hosted by the Australian Flexible Learning Framework. The workshops will explore ways to enhance productivity and effectiveness in public and private registered training organisations by building skills in using iPads.
In this report I will give a concise description of my selected learning community and will include the technological environment which forms this learning community. A description of the participants will be evaluated and the learning events and activates occurring will be explained. A description and analysis of my role as a learner and participant will be evaluated; an explanation of why my selected learning community is a vehicle for learning will be discussed. I will focus on what aspect of the community's structure supports learning.
As people we have developed this skill of allowing our minds to see and believe the things we wish to be our reality.

I am new in this world and on this site. I have just started doing my Grad Cert in Elearning as I have worked how many opportunities there are for elearning in my workplace.
myself and a few of my collegues are using web ct (ce6) to offer an online learning resource for electrical apprentices and trainees.
we would be happy to collaborate with any other institutions delivering content from the metals training package or the utilities package.
Okay, so I ended up staying on the couch till 2am (the football was on anyway) but I am pretty darn proud of myself. Utilising and modifying existing assessment tasks I have been able to build an online skillset for my medical terminology students.

Overview
A key goal of the Framework is to actively communicate the outcomes, achievements and learnings from Framework activities, to further encourage the use and uptake of e-learning amongst RTOs, teachers, trainers, business, industry and learners.
The Brand Management business activity was established to provide high-quality and cost effective national communication and branding support and management for the Framework, and to ensure that key Framework messages are communicated in a consistent way.
CAE is developing and administering two units of Community Services certificates online using Moodle, which are:
- CHCCS411A - Work effectively in the community services sector
- CHCOHS312A - Follow safety procedures for direct care
The two units will utilise the full functionality of Moodle such as asynchronous forums, chat, rich media and web 2.0 technologies to provide an engaging mix of course materials and assessment options.
Many of us new to teaching, and some of us not so new are beginning to feel obligated to enter into this medium of e-learning.
