This session will explore and discuss learning snapshots brought from in-world and online environments that can inform our work. Life-based scenarios and fieldtrips in Second Life can immerse participants in situations like the clinic, Centrelink, shopping, interpreting in Court, dealing with customers, exhibiting artwork and job interviews. Links from Second Life to resources located on the web can enhance the learning experience for both educators and learners.
