We are embarking on a one hour on-line learning module for disability support workers about disability and Human Rights

CAE and Interact Australia are embarking on a collabarative project to produce an e-learning workforce learning and development package for disability support workers employed in the Victorian non-government disability sector.

Anecdotal evidence gathered by Interact and the CAE indicates that many disability service organisations, particularly small organisations, have difficulty accessing quality training and need to join with other organisations to make workforce learning and development viable.

A Blended Delivery Model for TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Our goal is to develop an Blended delivery model which will help to overcome common barriers to e-learning.  We have introduced e-learning into our Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Course.  If graduates of this course could be employed at YNH Services we would eventually develop a pool of e-learning enabled Tutors who would be equipped to pass these skills on to others and so embed a culture of e-learning in our organisation.
