Investment in the National Vocational Education and Training E-learning Strategy for 2012-2015 will stimulate innovative approaches to increasing participation in training and improve the skill levels of the Australian workforce.

The keynote presenters for the ePortfolios Australia Conference 2011, being held on 17-18 October in Perth, have been announced.
This project allowed me to expand my knowledge and experience with Moodle including the use of a new page format. I enjoy design so presenting a course that is visually appealing and inspiring for learners was fun, allowing me to approach the design in a way that was clear, simple and accessible.
You wouldn’t think learners in the motorbody and mining industries have a lot in common…but their assessors do.
Before certifying a learner is competent, the assessor needs to see their work in action which traditionally means dragging lots of paperwork to often remote locations.
