Description
This Toolbox contains resources to assist with competency units from the Laboratory Operations Training Package. The resources are designed against the competency units to gain as close an alignment to the unit as possible.
Training organisations wishing to use these resources will need to evaluate their own organisation’s assessment processes and requirements.
Learning in this Toolbox is delivered through a number of projects undertaken within the simulated or virtual laboratory called SimuLab. Advanced Diploma level students, technicians, or managers, working in a laboratory and wishing to update their skills can assume a role within the virtual laboratory.
The student will have access to a real life work environment as well as the resources required to undertake the necessary tasks and activities.
